The Enterprise crew is U.S.C.G. Master Captain Justin Harden, and his father "Captain" Kirk Harden. Two of the most personable sailors you’ll find on the Southwest Florida’s Waterways. Captain Justin and Kirk are the third owners of Enterprise Sailing Charters which began operations in Sarasota in 1977.

The Enterprise is the largest, safest with dry bulkheads and stablest sailing vessel in Sarasota. Eighteen tons overall ensures that you’ll always have a smooth ride.

The Enterprise is a tall, two masted, thriple sail 41 foot sailboat manufactured by the Morgan Yacht Company," the Rolls Royce of Sailboats," the Enterprise is a center cockpit boat ideally designed for groups to enjoy hours on the open water.

She is the only U.S.C.G. licensed, inspected and insured vessel in the City of Sarasota to legally carry more than six passengers. We are U.S.C.G. documented and insured for up to 12 passengers. We carry a life raft on board as well as life jackets for all our passengers’ safety. The Enterprise Sailing Charters is Sarasota’s premiere professional sailing charter having been in business for over 25 years.

U.S.C.G. Master Captain Justin has had a 100 ton near coastal Coast Guard license since 1998. Prior to obtaining his US Coast Guard license, Captain Justin sailed the ocean for eight months on a replica of a 200+ year old British square rigger frigate the "HMS Rose" as a sailing instructor. Additionally, he worked on cruise ships and has travelled extensively on the oceans from New Foundland to the West Indies.

Father Captain Kirk has led a more mundane life sailing only as a hobbyist since childhood and working in the corporate world for 14 years after which he ran his own company developing real estate and general contracting custom homes for 15 years prior to entering this business venture with his son in 1999.
